Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, offering an outstanding view, but the creaky floorboards were a downside. The staff were generally pleasant, although there was a longstanding shower problem in my room. The location was exceptional, with easy access to both the city center and beautiful natural sights. The dining options were fine but not outstanding. The overall value for money was decent, considering the facilities provided.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it offered a convenient location within walking distance from the city center, but on the other hand, the rooms were uncomfortably hot, and the noise levels were disruptive during the night.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room had some maintenance issues, and it took quite a while to make it comfortable, but the French door leading to a patio with garden views made up for the small size. The service was impeccable, with the staff being kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was truly stunning, offering easy access to the cathedral and town, although some minor cleanliness issues were noted. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection but slightly lacking in presentation for a 4-star venue. Overall, a stay with both positives and drawbacks.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a pleasant outdoor seating area outside the rooms, but the room had a damp smell due to mold growth. At over £100 a night, it was a bit pricey for the rooms, but the overall experience was decent.
For just £98 a night, my stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room provided access to the garden with a lovely view of the water meadows. It was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed. The only downside was that the room didn't have windows, just a skylight for natural light.
